I'm thinking I'm too old to start tumbling. I seriously want to, but I'm kind of embarrassed to. Should I still give it a chance? (BTW I'm 15 years old)
At our gym we have classes for older girls too. They mostly concentrate on flexibility and basic tumbling skills, especially things that would help you in cheerleading. It's never too old to start. We used to have a moms class too, but attendance was spotty, because moms have so many other committments, so they eventually gave it up.
