I have my 3rd meet of the season this sunday, (march 18th) and it's kind of important! but i'm doing a somewhat new routine *eek!*
I have added my squat on to high bar, (which. i mind you, i fell from and broke my ankle back in november), and it isn't even consistent. i have 3 more practices. :relieved:...
i haven't done my routine on the low bar, squat on, and high bar routine AT ALL.... and i'm hoping to soon! and i need all the luck i can get!!
also, are there any tips you have for fear? and just going for it?
FINALLY, my last question.. if i miss my feet, can i place one foot on, then the other and jump to the high bar? or is that a big NONO?
