Injury - Out of practice for a few months

Over the past 11 months I have been going at my gymnastics training furiously. Every day I give all that I've got. The next day when I feel as if nothing is left, I go out and find something to give.

Sadly, the past month and a half I have had to back off due to a pain that had developed in my lower back. As of now I am no longer training any skills. I cannot arch my back without pain or go into a deep pike.

I am left with strength exercises for now.

In case anyone is wondering, the verdict was reached that I have two bruised vertebrae(bruised from pushing against each other), a bulging disk in between, and arthritis in the joints surrounding.

Physical therapy is helping. Hopefully I will be back on track soon. Until then, here is some of the stuff I'm working on.
