WAG JO code of points

HELP!!!!! I download the JO code of points onto my iPad a while ago for when we come across seas in February, I went to look for it in my iBooks today and it has disappeared, I then went to the App Store to try and re download it again I couldn't find it
Does anyone know me know where my COP have gone???

Pretty sure its with all the documents that I had on my iPad up until yesterday when I upgraded from ios7 to ios8...

When I was trying to work out what had happened, I came across comments that stuff purchased overseas might not necessarily be redownloadable in a different country.

*sigh*
