Okay, so I have to get my backbend kickover by next week because my gym coach is doing a test for all of us and I really want to stay at this level of class.

I can do it on a hill and off a bed. I have gotten it like 2-3 times already in the past few months and lost it each time. I'm pushing through my shoulders and stretching my bridge, shoulders, and splits. I can do a front limber and do a really solid backbend stand-up. I can also go from standing into my backbend and can do a backbend with one leg (obviously).

Please help! Need lots of advice!!!!!

First, you want to make sure your bridge is solid. Ideally, your shoulders should be past your hands, but if they are directly over or a little bit behind, it should be fine. Next, you need to bring your supporting leg in and kick very hard. Think about making a rainbow type motion, with your front leg leading.
