THat kip is quite the skill. Shawn Johnson said it took her over a year to get it, amazing eh?

I can't help you get it. What is the problem exactly? There are lots of things about the kip that can trip you up. Video is even better, the coaches here are great, if you post a vid they will tell you exactly where you are going wrong!
