Hi

I'm new here to Chalk Bucket. I just got my kip the other day, and I keep on pulling myself up on one arm and then the other. How can I fix this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Can you do 10 pull-ups without stopping and 20 leg lifts without stopping?
 
Sounds like you are on the right track. I would work on the pull ups.

Spotted drop kips would be a good thing to work for that.
