:confused: How do i keep my legs straight on my fonrt hip circle? i curl around the bar in a tuck position? i end u falling of if i try to keep them straight? and on the mill circle or stride circle too. i bend my first leg that is over the bars? legs straight???
 
It comes with confidence, strength, and learning to maintain a hollow. Pick up some speed, and try to get spotted with straight legs. Its a speed and tightness thing... A lot of coaches call it aggressiveness, too, but its the same idea. Don't rush the skill, just make it move more fluid, faster.
