Thinking ahead to level 9 and I wondered where someone would find out info about which skills when connected have bonuses? Is there a cheat sheet or something or is it that certain value skills when connected have bonuses? Thank you!

you can do a google search for usag 6-10 cheat sheet. There are PDFs that have this info. Yes, it is based on skill value (ex B+B or B+C)
