I have trouble with mental blocks. Currently, I have a mental block on connected BW BHS on beam. I can do it on the low beam and medium height beam, but when I step up on the high beam I get scared and can't do it! I need it by January! How do I get over this mental block?

Read the book "The Warrior Athlete" by Dan Millman. It helps tons!
Exactly same situation I'm in right now..like word for word. Maybe just crank up the medium beam on step at a time all the way up? It might help!

I have struggled with these so I know how you feel.
Do you have thin sting mats at your gym. If you do you can put one of those on high beam, then when your comfortable go to a pad, and then bare beam.
If you don't then just spend a lot of time doing them on low beam( at least 25 reps a practice STUCK) then slowly make the beam higher( go up 1 hole and stick 3 and then 1 more hole ect.)
Hope this helps:)
