My daugter broke her arm on the trampoline recently, and she wants to go back to gymnastics, but she has a mental block. How would she get rid of it? She really wants to go back

Just make sure you are using the term mental block correctly. You don't say what age or level your child is, but fear is a very normal reaction after getting hurt. It doesn't necessarily mean she has a mental block. If she wants to return then follow her lead and let the coaches work on it.

She is 13, in rec gymnastics. she wants to do it, but she freezes whenever she tries

What skill/s are the mental block on? Is it because of her arm or something that was going on previously?

Mental blocks can be quite case-sensitive, but visualization and positive self talk never go amiss.
