I've been having an issue when stretching middle splits and sometimes hamstrings recently. I feel the stretches where I'm supposed to feel them, but I also feel...it's not quite pain. More like tendrils of uncomfortableness in my lower back and glutes--an unpleasant sensation, but pain isn't the right word to describe it. Accompanying that sensation is a fairly strong feeling of nausea, and occasionally slight dizziness. Can anyone offer any ideas on what might be causing it, and what I can change to reduce or eliminate the issue?

Doctors are really complicated right now--in a rural part of a country where I don't speak the language and am dependent on public transit. I'll back off on the stretching and focus on good posture/alignment and relaxation.
