hi! so I have to create 8 different activities to help three years old develop movements in gymnastics using less material possible! It would include like walking like a cat on a triangle mat or doing a bear walk on something else but I just have no inpiration! so please help!! and it has to be on floor!

Do everything, and expect nothing but silliness. They're three years old and will probably be delighted with anything remotely within their ability as long as you seem delighted with their efforts and trials. They'll learn a lot more than you can imagine even, if all it seems like to you is play time.

Find an up beat song and have them jump up an down for as long as possible.
Race from one end of a carpet to another. They love to just run!
Call out an animal - or draw one from a bag and have them act like it or have them suggest the animals one at a time.
Sing and act the song "head shoulders knees and toes".
Have them practice jumping on and off a folded panel mat or another block type mat.
Do you have wall bars they can climb? If not could you put together a few mats to form a stair type obstacle?
Put something on the floor ( beanbags, laminated paper blocks etc) jump over the objects, then leap with one foot first.

If you have a floor beam have them crawl on it, walk on it, jump over it.

Hop on one foot then the other

Make a tape balance beam ( or a few) walk, do high kicks, jump, leap, skip

Put music on and DANCE!

Skipping, hopping, bunny hops, sausage rolls (sideways), caterpillar walk, slalom around a line of small cones, jumping or leaping over objects (e.g. blocks of pit foam), play 'Simon Says' using simple shapes such as tuck, L, straddle and pike.

Don't forget more "general" stuff- throwing bean bags into a hula hoop, ball games.

Is there a mirror? Have them watch themselves make different shapes

And talking of beans...Our littlies play the bean game.

You shout out the name of a type of bean and they have to do the appropriate action - runner bean (run in circles), jumping bean (jump up and down), baked bean (curl up in a ball on the floor) jelly bean, broad bean, chilli bean - I'm sure you get the picture!

Never seems to lose its appeal!

We like to play "don't fall in the water" by setting up a circle of mats, beams, carpet squares, blocks, etc. They have to make it all the way around, only stepping on the objects.
You can also do knee crawls, knee scales.
Hop forward, backward, sideways. Run backwards.
Simon Says with basic positions (tuck, pike, straddle, tall stretch, etc)
Log rolls
