I am a gym owner/coach. I opened my gym 2 years ago. I use this site frequently to help me find answers and get advice. I often have things I want to ask so have decided to become a member.
My first question is regarding ront hip circles. I have several girls who just don't get them. They do not have the speed to get around the bar. Instead of falling straight and wraping they just pike and bend their arms to soon. I have tried EVERY drill I have seen and nothing seems to be working! Any tips?
 
Have you tried having them stretch to a straight position and fall straight into your arms? It's a weird spot, but you can stand in front of the bar and catch them in a stretched position. Once they feel that that stretch, then, you can have the pike around the bar in slow motion.

Front hip circles are a weird skill.
