NYC needs another gym

Anyone with input/interest in starting a gymnastics program in NYC please contact me. I did some research into this subject and I'm finding that it is a tall order which would explain why there are only a few existing options. I have found a large facility in a choice location, but I am finding that my lack of expertise in creating a profitable facility in an area with high rents to be very challenging. The neighborhood has thousands of young families within walking distance and there is no facility in the area.
