Something that I have done in the past that has been successful is to make them share beams, 2-3 for each in your situation. If they fall they have to give the beam to the next girl. If they can compete 'X' number of routines(can be 1/2 routines) they get a reward such as up training or tramp time while the rest complete 'X' full/part routines. If they get good at this you start kicking them off the beam for wobbles and then any skill that is not done well, not enough split, get off. bent legs, off.

HC divides the girls into smaller groups (there are 11 in her practice group) We also have 3 high beams, 1 regular length floor beam, 2 half size floor beams, and a padded beam (this is what the girls use to train new beam tumbling). A typical beam practice looks like this:

Girls 1, 2, and 3 will work full routines on a line on the floor
Girls 4 and 5 will work new tumbling (usually uptraining) on the padded beam
Girls 6, 7, and 8 will work basics (conditioning)--handstand holds on the wall, leg lefts for leaps, etc.
Girls 9, 10, and 11 will work on the competition beams.

Each 'rotation' on beam is 5-7 minutes in length. Each girl usually gets 4 full rotations (1st 3rd, 2nd 3rd, last 3rd of the routine, plus the full routine) each day in practice. IF they don't finish all their rotations (sometimes happens), they don't get to move on to the next event until they do finish--this cuts down on anyone deciding to be lazy in practice.

Also, if a girl falls in a meet, at the next practice they'll be sent to beam early to work on that skill (even if it's a skill they can hit in their sleep and the fall was just beam wonkiness). They don't do 200--that's INSANITY!--but they do go back to the beginning. First couple on floor, then on floor beam, then regular beam, with or without a coach's spot (depending on the skill). If they continue to miss the skill in regular beam practice, HC will pull them aside and see if she can figure out what exactly is going wrong. IF (and I stress IF) the falls in practice are because they're being lazy, not focused, or just blah, then they'll have punishment (V-ups, push ups, handstand holds, leg lifts, etc). HC is driven to make her girls the best they can be, but she still wants it to be fun (and not for the girls to see gymnastics as a chore to be completed).
