I’d like to try to get my rbhsbt sooner than later. I have my round off double backhandspring down well. I can do a round off back tuck on rod floor. Is this a reasonable request for this season???

Impossible to say without seeing your technique and working with you directly. It's entirely dependent on the quality of your backhandsprings.

Keep in mind: in ROBHSBT, if you're doing everything right, the BT is the easy part. With a sufficiently strong ROBHS, you can do almost everything wrong in the BT and still make it just fine. It all hinges on the quality of the BHS.

Can you do standing 3 or more BHS? And if so, do they accelerate? If the answer to either of those is "no," then you're probably not ready for ROBHSBT.

As a side note, as a coach I strongly dislike saltos out of a roundoff at this level. The style of roundoff you should use for ROBHS and for ROBT are directly contradictory, and if you're practicing ROBT, you're probably making your ROBHS worse by doing so.
