This isn't related to gymnastics at all but, it might affect my gymnastics. I have a meet on Saturday. But yesterday I was walking down the stairs at school and I thought there was another step but there wasnt. I must've hyper extended my knee or something. My dad said by the area of the pain, it may be an MCL or meniscus strain. What can you tell?
