I am worried I am moving to fast I am only a level 3 and I am doing flyway layouts, round off back handspring back flip, handspring over the vault and stuff like that is that bad for me?
If you can do the skills safely and correctly, then you are not moving too fast. If your skills are sloppy or you are developing lots of fear, you may be moving to fast.
I do not know how the gymnastics system in Australia works, so I really can't say too much.
