Help! I've been working on getting my pullover on bars for awhile now without running into it. I can get my hips to the bar, but I get stuck upside down. Are there any drills I can do at home to make this skill easier for me? I know it's a basic skill, but everybody has to start somewhere, right? Thanks!

Think about getting your feet over the bar right when your hips get to the bar.
What also helped me was to jump with both legs into it. So your feet stay together the whole time but it just gives you a little bit of momentum, and then once you get good at that you can take away the jump and do it as a chin-up pull over. Good luck!!

More pullups (ability to keep chin to bar), more pushups (to extend triceps after you get hips over bar), more leg lifts (to pull legs over bar).

Pull-ups are great for those and very helpful! It will strengthen your arms! Also maybe try some leg lifts (Pike-ups or V-ups on stall bars) or pulling yourself to a candlestick position on the bar
