My name is Sarah & I am a former gymnast. I have been "retired" for about 12 years. 2 months ago I found a gym that will come let me work out and not take classes, just work out by myself. I am loving it. Any advice from coaches or other adult (I don't like to think of myself as an adult) gymnast have is more than welcome.
