I am having problems wwith my ROBHS on floor. I can do it fine on the Tumble Track, but on floor i cant. And i REALLY need it quick. ANY tips??????:confused::eek::(

Just do more..

If you have a clean r-off bhs on the track, then moving to floor is a matter of confidence.

Get a coach to spot you on a few, and make sure you are going through the proper motions.

Think about pushing your feet down and away from you when you jump, and reaching for the ceiling with your hands.

It all works out. Just need to take your time, practice, and keep at it.

If you can, do round-off (stop and feel the position), standing flip-flop, so you begin to feel the transition and body motion.

Confidence....If you can do it on tumble trac, then you can do it on floor.
Ask for a spot ..... try and find a mental place where you feel comfortable doing it....
Imagine yourself doing it without a spot.....focus on one thing, straight arms or hands pointing in etc....

If you focus on 'I have to do it or else'....It becomes too much...
Think...'Maybe I will go for it this time' .

Remember that the fear is temporary.....it will go away and you WILL be able to do it.

:)Good luck...
