So, i'm looking for advice I have sever's disease and it's pretty bad right now. I have two options, 1) switch gyms to go to a gym with tumble trak because mine does not have a tumble trak or tramp. or 2) stay at my gym and don't progress

Well, from the way you word it, just seems like you're getting nothing out of the current gym (may or may not be true) so it would make sense to switch? Not familiar with severs disease so do you think addition of tumble trak will help you?
