It is so sad to hear---how hard to work for something and have it all taken away so quickly. We are praying for her at our house.....

I would think that its almost better to have it snatched from you quickly due to something beyond your control, rather than get there really close and just not make it. I think someone told me once that if you are going to fail sometimes its better to fail totally and completely than to get really close and just barely not make it.

Not that Shayla failed, not at all. She just had bad timing.

No! This is always so sad to hear about it. Nicole Harris, now Shayla Worley. I hate hearing about these you are so close to your dreams and all of your hard work is taken away. I hope she trys again, but who knows. Its like Raj, so close alternate every time and he never made it.
