Hi everyone,

Im a level 9 gymnast and Im currently working on a shoot over on bars, and Im have a lot of trouble letting go and turning at the correct time.
Also, Im doing a toe front dismount off bars but I always seem to let go to early and I can't seem to get any height, but I do have good rotation for the flip, but I fly out really far instead of going higher.
Any advice, drills, experiences, or other information that could help would be nice please. Thanks!:)

I'm suprised no one has jumped on this yet... I know we covered this pretty recently. When I can get one a computer (I'm on my phone) ill see if I can find the previous thread for you, unless someone else is kind enough to do so for me.

Ryan
