i have been trying so hard to get it but i need some help! what are some things i can work on at home that could help me! please give me advice or i cant compete :eek: lol
 
Keep your shoulders over the bar. If you don't do this, you will fall backwards every time. Cast big and KEEP YOUR SHOULDERS OVER THE BAR.
 
My fix for the shoot-through is what she said. Cast big and you have more time to get the leg through besides being over the bar.

If you have a low bar, you can practice jumping to support and shooting the leg through besides doing on a floor bar.
 
I 100% agree with the above posts. You could also practice your squat on. To do that you have to do the same things - keep your shoulders over the bar, big cast and also the tuck.
