Summer Camp Staff Wages?

Anyone that has worked at any of the summer camps (Woodward, IGC, Lake Owen)...what do they normally pay a coach to work a week of camp? I'm assuming they all provide room and board to staff?

The contact I just signed was for $150 per week, but I'm guessing that's at the lower end of the spectrum considering I've only been coaching for 3 years, I have no formal training, and I'm not certified in anything.

I was a counselor at Flip Fest a few summers ago and got $250/week as well as room and board. However, I had very limited off time as I was expected to help around the camp while the girls were in the gym and did not have evenings off like the coaches did because I had to be in the cabins with the girls. I have no idea what the coaches were paid or the coach/counselor combinations.
