Hi everyone,
What are your goals for the summer? Get into a certain level, get a certain skill etc. Mine are get my back hip circle and get into the level two class (at my gym there is rec team that competes at meets throughout the year. the levels are 1-3 and they have summer classes for each group, and both of my friends are already in the level two group).
 
Mine is:
Consistent regular handstand
Right, left, and straddle splits
Bridge
Back walkover
And as a huge goal is press handstand!
 
Mine are:
Make my giants without a spot.
Toe shoot.
Free-hip to handstand.
Find a new series on beam.
Find a new beam dismount.
Find a new beam mount.
Get my back full on floor.
A tsuk vault.
And hopefully make level 8. It's going to be an insane summer. :)
 
we have a 4 week break in the Summer, but mine are:
-double twist on floor
-BHS _BHS_tuck of beam
-bail to handstand on bars
-hanspring front on vault
 
I want my aerial cartwheel on beam, my double full (back) on floor, Round off, layout on beam and probably a full pirouette on bars:)
 
We have a long break in the summer too but..
-Standing tuck on high beam
-Double back on rod floor with a spot
-Backhandspring layout snap down on low beam
-Front giants with a spot
-Front handspring front on vault NOT onto my butt. :)
 
I really want to go straight into P4 next year instead of doing a few meets P3 so one of my goals are showing my coach that I want it!

Floor:
FHS front half
RO BHS back half
Double something into the pit w/spot

Bars:
Kip cast to handstand!!!!!!
Back giant
Free hip to handstand
Flyaway half

Vault:
Good full
Spotted tsuk into the pit
Yurchenko drill
Front front to my feet on the portapit

Beam:
BWO BHS
BWO BHS BT dismount(?)
RO BT dismount
Switch spilt wolf jump on high beam
 
My goal is to get to level 5(I'm in L3, but I can compete at 5) and these skills:
Beam: consistent handstand 1/4 turn dismount

Bars: kip, front hip circle, long hang pullover, flyaway

Floor: back handspring x2, back tuck, front tuck, back extension roll

Vault: I have my front handspring! Just get it on a higher vault setting
 
Be ready to compete xcel in the fall. Get my pullover and bhc without spot. Get my roundoff bhs on floor
 
To get my skills back since I was injured. And to move up to usaigc silver :)

Vault: More consistant 'pop' on my handsprings as well as a tsuk from mini tramp into the pit.

Bars: Uprise into free-hip. Straddle Cast Handstand (Maybe?!) Glide without tapping my feet (Probably not....) More aggressive casts from my kips. Giants on strap bar.

Beam: Round-off on high beam. Back walkover on medium beam. Back handspring with both hands on, on low beam - no mats. Consistent cart-wheel, cart-wheel connected. Back tuck off the end of the beam. Think of some creative moves for my routine next year.

Floor: RO BHS BT my myself on regular floor, no mats. Standing back tuck (Maybe...) Standing ariel. Front handspring front tuck. Good switch leap. Creative moves for routine. Layout into pit (Possibly) Full from mini tramp into lose foam pit.
 
Floor: full twist, pike arabian, switch ring, standing front aerial, front layout.
Vault: Tsuk on proper landings
Bars: shoot to catch, layout flyaway, cast hs, giants
Beam: b/ wo bhs, front aerial (floor beam) round off , switch leap.

Start gym again hopefully! :D I miss it like crazy but I got caught in the routine change so I have to see what skills are still consistent before knowing my level :s
