WAG Switch leap drills?

Does anyone have good suggestions for getting a bigger split in my switch leap? I'm really flexible in my legs and can do a 180, maybe even beyond in just a regular leap but for some reason the switching legs just screws it up. Also, can I have some suggestions for Strugs(tour jete 180 with 1/2)? I'm a high school gymnast and they are of really high value in high school. I don't know how to describe the exact problem, but I'm like having trouble getting the full split in the middle and then having enough time to turn around. Can I just have some general suggestions for that? Thanks!
 
Okay, we do this drill where you get a box about a foot and a half high (i think) and we run up and split change onto the box so that your changing leg is off the side and you land on the box.

we also do split changes from a single step to focus on working the muscles

also do some change leg split jumps on the trampoline
