Does anyone have good suggestions for getting a bigger split in my switch leap? I'm really flexible in my legs and can do a 180, maybe even beyond in just a regular leap but for some reason the switching legs just screws it up. Also, can I have some suggestions for Strugs(tour jete 180 with 1/2)? I'm a high school gymnast and they are of really high value in high school. I don't know how to describe the exact problem, but I'm like having trouble getting the full split in the middle and then having enough time to turn around. Can I just have some general suggestions for that? Thanks!
