Does anyone have any experience with the Sylvia P competition leos with the built in shelf bra? Thoughts?
 
I can't say anything about the Sylvia P brand, but I can speak on shelf bras in leotards in general. They are better than nothing, but are really not a substitute for a bra for any cup size over an A in my experience.
