Very helpful! The contradiction between a "safe" landing and a "technically perfect" landing is particularly interesting. Hopefully changes will be made in scoring to accommodate the athlete's safety vs. aesthetics, but I wouldn't expect such a change to happen any time soon.

It is one thing the men's side gets right, and when an athlete like Kohei illustrates it, it's stunning to watch and yes, artistic!
