I've been working toe shoots to handstand or stoop circles to handstand (at least halfway between horizontal and vertical) with a spot for quite a while and still can't get it. My coach says I'm shooting too late, I also have a problem with getting both feet off at the same time. Any tips would be appreciated!!!! Also if it helps I'm trying to do these for lvl 7 as my clearhips are not strong and I am consistently scoring 9-9.5 on other events with a high 7 on bars . Because of these clearhips I am repeating level 7.
