Hi coaches,

I have seen a lot of refrence to TOPS and I have no clue what it is, can someone explain please??

I can't remember exactly what it stands for but it is a national testing program centered around training elite gymnasts. It tests strength, flexibility, and skills.

When are the Olympic Trials on? Does anyone know?

The Olympic Trials aren't until June 2008, in Philadelphia. My dd and I are going since it's only about 1.5 hours away! She's very excited to see Shawn Johnson up close.
