Our girls are tested monthly? on the following physical abilities, however I don’t believe it will hold them back from moving up a level. Scores at previous levels have little to no bearing on whether someone moves up or not too.

20 leg lifts
Rope climb in L
1 min handstand hold
5 cast handstands
5 chin ups + 5 pull ups

Our gym requires 36AA. I think this is reasonable by the end of the season, as the kids have to be very comfortable with their current level before upgrading! We also have a conditioning test corresponding to reach level which must kids have no problem paying. If they don't pass, a specialised conditioning programme will be put in place for the kid but they will still be allowed to complete if safe.

I love this! Testing should be about collecting information to help everyone improve.
