I really wanna improve my flexibility but i dont know any training routines:( what kinds of things should i do to improve it before i start gymnastics?

My suggestion is to first learn the HOW and WHY. and Then try it.

Here's a good place to start: Stretching Science - Guide to Stretching

Also, look for the book "Stretching Scientifically" By Tom Kurz. A short, but excellent book on the topic.

Remember, Increasing your range of motion (stretching) is a commitment. Not something you do occasionally, but purposefully, and methotically.

Follow everybody's advice above me:D
but also, dont let inflexibility stop u from doing gymnastics!
I wasnt flexible at all when i started a couple months ago (and Im still not), but it gets better over time, and there are plenty of things that you can do that don't involve extreme flexibility when you are starting
That doesnt mean that once you start, you shouldnt work on flexibility, but u dont have to wait until you are really flexible to do start
=D

splits and bridges is probably a good place to start
but make sure to do split stretches before doing full out splits
(especially if your body isn't used to it, you don't want to pull anything)
good luck

and like sgnsp235 said, dont let lack of flexibility stop you from starting gym, it will improve over time by doing gym and you can continue to stretch at home also. http://www.chalkbucket.com/forums/members/sgnsp235.html
