Hi! I have really weak wrists and they start hurting whenever I do backhandsprings. I wanted to know if anyone had any exercises for me to do to strenghten my wrists. And multiple coaches have already looked at my back handspring and I am doing it properly it's really just that my wrists are weak. Thank you!
 
You should have them checked by a doctor if they hurt all the time. A rots therapist can give you exercises if that is the real problem.
 
I have seen my doctor and she told me that my wrists, ankles, knees and elbows are too flexible if that makes sense. So yeah they are weak but I was born like that, I am not injured.
 
Tiger paws are great for those kinds of wrist issues. You can google wrist strengthening. But my dd has wrist pain and has great wrist and hand strength, tiger paws helped a lot.
 
Agree that Tiger Paws are great. They helped my DD when she started getting sore wrists from training BHS. Also check your hands are not turning out when you land on them.
