WAG Xcel gold beam mounts

Any ideas for an Xcel gold simple beam mount

Squat on, jump to sitting stag on the side, stand with the beam behind you and just jump to a sitting position, etc... Keep it super simple. Every time a let a Gold do a fancy mount, I end up changing it. No reason to start beam with a wobble.
