Can you do a cartwheel and a tic tock on beam for the arco skills?

You could do a cartwheel but I'm not sure about a tic tock being an acro skill. Plus, you could probably find a much easier option.

Yes, you could do a cartwheel and a tic-tock.
There is also a handstand, a forward roll, a bridge kickover, etc. There are lots of options.

Just an FYI, tic-tic is counted as an A, non-flight acro skill for all JO optional and Xcel levels(except bronze, where walkovers not allowed).

But a push up to bridge tic tock is not a walkover.
