In xcel, do the judges only judge the required skills or do they also judge the dance elements on floor and the poses and such on beam?

The dance moves on floor are judged, as is any "empty" time (there is a more official word but I can't recall it) - time where the gymnast isn't actively moving, dancing, or tumbling is a deduction. On the beam, "poses" are usually some kind of requirement and are also judged. If they aren't a requirement it just leaves more room for deductions and aren't necessary. There are not bonus points in Xcel.

All value parts(elements) are judged individally for execution(whether they are skills to meet special requirements or not). Non-value parts(like poses, non-value dance/choreography etc) are evaluated by overall deductions at the end: artistry, footwork, rhythm, posture, sureness(beam). Each of those is either up to 0.2 or up to 0.3.
