I guessed Chinese based on the characters on the bottom of the screen, but on second thought, the people don't look Chinese! Looks like the performance was at the Monte Carlo, which is actually right here in the USA in Vegas.

That was amazing. It is actually held every year in Monaco. It is a huge "circus" with performers from all over the world it seems. Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo

All I was thinking was I wouldn't want to be standing too close when they were flipping on that stilt thing - if they went crooked someone could get seriously impaled by that thing !!!! Very cool though - especially the costumes, lol
