sleep when you are going to your soccer meets for your sisters and other bits and bobs try to sleep in the car, then you have caught up on some of you sleep and try to go to sleep earlier on school nights so that you can focus on your daytime activities! Good Luck xx :) xx:D

here in the UK when yuu pay yur gymnastics membership to the club yuu automatically pay insurance to the british gymnastics assosiation! so i was wondering is it the same in the USA??

My long list if injuries have normally not ended very nicely! for example atm i am in plaster with my wrist from doing a backhandspring!!! Anyway my funniest injury was disslocating my knee whilst skippping then my Best Mate leaning over me laughing!!! It was soo embarrassing!! 123gymstar123

At our club in the UK we are aloud to wear shorts from the age of 10+;) and then they say it is up too us if we train in them or not what i do is a week or soo before competition is i train without shorts on so it isnt so bad at competition!!! 123gymstar123 xxx

before i compete if we stay away then it is a real treat and playing in the pool is really fun!! but when we do swim it is never real swimming it is normally just messing bout and hanging around there is never anything to much and we never stay out long anyway!! if we do want to go proper...
