YAY!!!!! great job. once you get it, it makes everything so much easier.

I did ok. didnt get the vault score that i wanted but didnt fall on beam.A girl fell on bars and they had to call the ambulance while i was competing on the beam!!!Got an 8.800 on floor and placed fine. I never really do well under pressure. I didnt do so well at my level 5 state either.;)

Have her do some partner handstands holding and saying in your head "1 one thousand,2 one thousand" try not to balk. the handstand is an easy move once you get it.

Try to drive your heels then squeeze your whole body.Also try to block higher.It will give you more time to get the right body shape.:)

im level 6 and im afraid to do my cast handstand to baby giant. my hips are covered in black ,blue,and purple bruises. im going to have a private with my head coach but does anybody have any tips for me??:(
