Recent achievement: 4 rips at once! new photos uploaded to my gallery (not of the rips) ahh the strap bar...its actually not that bad. and well... its kinda fun ;) and well you sound like you'll do great doinng giants on the strap bar b/c since you can do good tap swings and a good handstand...

Aeirals are so much fun and they look soo cool once you've got them down!! When your going for an aerial it feels like you'll land on your head or hit it but really, it really comes down to timing and coordination of your arm rotation, the leg push and the kick to get your legs around quickly...
