    Parents Cheap meals for gymnasts

    for my family we like protein noodles, Greek yogurt, chicken and lean hamburger. My gymnasts also loves cowboy caviar -a delicious bean dip. If you are close to Aldi groceries store this has a a lot of great options that are affordable. For actual meal plans spaghetti is a family favorite.

    My son did pretty good but messed up high bar and vault. He got first in rings, parallel bars, second in floor and all around, and third in pommel and high bar! On to level 5!!!

    Something similar happened at our gym. The coach left the gym and came to our gym. The whole team followed the coach. This is heresy but apparently there was a lot of issues with gym owner and coaches.
