This to me looks more like a sports aerobics leotard/ gymnastics aerobic leotard which they perform in. They also wear the material wristband in aerobics which you can see in this photo. Guess it's just like a costume not worse then any other you would see at a dance concert.

Coming from a gym who has a very old floor it's great going to any of the city comps the floors are supper bouncy in comparison. There is one gym who's bars are terrible the move around and no matter how much chalk still remain very hard to grip.

Massive difference between straddle and feet together cast to handstand. Straddle is all about timing. Feet together requires more power and heal drive.
In Australia or Victoria at least it is compulsory to great the judges. They give your order, tell you what type of warm up, ask if any apparatus height needs changing and wish you luck
I have a gymnast that when doing back layout double twist misses her feet and lands on her back. She has the rotation around but just can't spot the landing. She has a consistent 1 and a half. Any advice on how to get her to land it?
