hey ive been doing bhsp on beam for a while now, and what really helps is making sure ur head stays in btwn ur ears so you don't look sideways and block through both shoulders evenly, and most importantly square your hips when youre in the handstand before coming down

i finally got grips as a lvl 7 and everyone told me its wayy better which i agree except for the fact that i rip every single time im on bars since i got them
is this normal does it stop happening after i get used to it?

Hey guys, so I'm a level 7 and last comp I competed a free hip and sole circle on low bar to fulfill the 2 circling skills requirement... I'm wondering if I get my giants, would I be able to do just sole circle and giants, or if I would still need a free hip in there.
