    You're so right! It's a pretty lousy system! She still trains beam and bar alternate weeks and loves them. At least she has more hours as part of the beginner squad than when she did recreational. Thank you for your encouragement x

    Thank you. I really appreciate your kindness and perspective. Thankfully she has other hobbies which she attacks with equal vigour! She just joined a local sports team and plays instruments. I love that she also does these things! I am going to let it go and just enjoy her happiness again!
