    Coaches USAIGC DIAMOND floor tumbling: special requirements VS special judging consideration in regard to saltos

    I understand they need 2 fast flights (r/o hndspg, frt hndspg.) I understand this is NOT including saltos. What is the Special judging consideration regarding saltos and does this have any impact on the final score of the routine?
