    I do not believe in this method. When I was learning my kip what helped me was hollowing in the back, pointing my toes towards the ground, and then looking at my toes while doing the kip.

    Women How many hours do you train per week for Xcel?

    I am an Xcel Gold and I currently train for 7.5 hours per week. The first half an hour is for warming up, conditioning, and stretching, and for the rest of the time we spend half an hour on each event.
