    Sorry I guess I didn’t word that clearly. It’s not that they don’t offer the levels but that they currently do not have any gymnasts in a mid optionals level.

    Is it a red flag if a large, well established, gymnastics program does not have gymnasts competing in all levels? Edit: they compete levels 3-10 but the current season don’t have any gymnasts in a mid level of optionals
